Shipping / Delivery Policy

At this time, Cakeology only offers local delivery.

All local deliveries are completed through a third-party courier service, such as Uber Courier or a similar delivery provider.

Delivery Process

When your order is on the way, we will notify the customer using the phone number provided on the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • provide an accurate phone number and delivery address

  • be available to receive delivery updates

  • monitor and follow up on the order once delivery is in progress

Customer Responsibility

Because deliveries are handled by a third-party courier, the customer is responsible for being available to receive the order and for tracking the delivery once notified.

If there is any issue with the delivery, you must contact Cakeology immediately and no later than 3:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date.

Delivery Issues

If there is a problem with your delivery, including delay, non-receipt, damage, or an incorrect order, you must notify us by 3:00 PM on the day of delivery so we can review the issue and try to assist.

If we are not contacted by 3:00 PM on the day of delivery, we cannot be responsible for the delivery issue.

Incorrect Information

Cakeology is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • incorrect phone numbers

  • the recipient not being available to receive the order

  • the customer failing to monitor delivery updates

Perishable Products

Because our products are perishable, it is important that orders are received promptly upon delivery.

Once the order has been delivered to the address provided, Cakeology is not responsible for the condition of the product if it is left unattended, not received promptly, or not stored properly.
