At Cakeology, all sales are final.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup or delivery. If your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us immediately on the same day so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases where an order is incorrect, defective, or damaged.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at erika@cakeology.miami.
