HOW TO STORE YOUR CAKE

Our cakes are made fresh and taste best when served at the right temperature. Follow these simple tips to get the best flavor and texture.

FRESH CREAM CAKES

Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

For best flavor and texture, remove the cake from the refrigerator 1–2 hours before serving so it can come to room temperature.

These cakes include fillings such as cream cheese frosting, mascarpone, or other dairy-based creams.

RICH AND GOOEY CAKES

Kee at room temperature. Don't require refrigeration.

For best texture and flavor, allow to sit at room temperature before serving.

Examples include cakes with chocolate, Nutella, dulce de leche, pistachio cream, brownie bases, or cookie-style cakes.

Pro Tip
Place your Cake in a Jar in the microwave for 10 seconds before eating for an unforgettable experience.

  • FROZEN CAKES

Cakes can be frozen for up to 3 months.

To serve, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and allow the cake to sit at room temperature for 1–2 hours before serving.

  • PRO TIP

Cake straight from the refrigerator may feel firm or crumbly.

Allow the cake to sit at room temperature before serving so it becomes softer, creamier, and more flavorful.

  • BEFORE SERVING

    Remove the plastic wrap.

Remove the acetate cake collar while the cake is still chilled to protect the frosting.

If needed, gently smooth the edges with a spatula or knife.
