How It Started...
Inspired by treasured family recipes and fueled by a love for flavor over flash, our artisan, layered naked cakes are rich, soulful, and unforgettable. I grew up in Venezuela, where Sundays were sacred and dessert was non-negotiable. I still remember watching my grandmother whip up the best chocolate creation she could dream up on any given Sunday. That’s when I learned that while sugar might not be the best food for the body, it’s absolutely food for the soul.
